When you hire No Job Too Small, I can promise that with over 40 years of construction and renovation experience, my work will meet or exceed your expectations regardless of how big or small the job. And while I'm happy to tackle bigger projects like a kitchen or bathroom update, I'm also here for those small jobs like installing a smart doorbell or grab bars in a shower.
How small is too small?
There's no job too small! I'm happy to tackle any job that's in my skillset!
What do you charge?
I charge a flat rate of $50 per hour.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. I have a two hour minimum. If a job requires more than two hours, I'll bill the overage in 30 minute increments.
How do we keep control of costs?
If a job requires more than one day, we'll provide summaries at the end of each day itemizing what we accomplished and what we think is left to do.
Do you provide fixed prices for a job?
I do not provide fixed prices. I believe in keeping things simple and fair. You only pay for the work completed and the materials consumed. I only charge for the work done.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment by cash, check, Venmo, CashApp and Zelle.
Can you provide references?
Absolutely!
How can we keep costs down?
To keep costs down it's important to provide easy access to the area where the work is being done.
Who provides the materials?
I'm more than happy to provide all of the materials for the job or work with materials that you supply.
Do you provide design services?
Yes, it's one of my favorite things to do! I can help with everything from kitchen layouts to custom trim.
What areas do you service?
I primarily service the north shore of Massachusetts including (but not liited to) Newburyport, Newbury, West Newbury, Amesbury, Rowley, Ipswich, Hamilton, and Wenham.
