The kitchen sink window in this North Shore Airbnb cottage was in dire need of replacement. Although the original window was a crank-out casement, the owner wanted to replace the window with a fixed glass panel. As often happens with older homes, removing the window revealed extensive rot which occurred due to improper flashing. We pulled out all the rotten siding and framing, repaired and replaced before installing the new window and buttoning the siding back up.
