32 Esplanade Living/Dining Room
This 1939 Beach Cottage had not had any serious updates since the late 60s. During that original renovation much of the original trim had been lost. In addition to stripping off the “rec room” paneling, we also opened up the wall between the living room and dining room transforming two dark rooms into one large sun-soaked space. We also custom built and installed Craftsman-inspired columns and trimmed out all doors, windows and baseboards in the same style.
